Located in Clyde, North Carolina, our property is a quick drive from Asheville (25 miles) – Maggie Valley and Waynesville are only 12 miles away. This is the Smoky Mountains at its best. We are open year-round, our cabins & cabooses are pet-friendly, and they all have wi-fi. Buffaloes truly roam on this private 72-acre little piece of heaven. You can watch the sunrise over the Smoky Mountains or join us as our herd of buffalo comes in for their morning oats. You will not be disappointed while you are enjoying a cup of coffee on one of the decks of our gorgeous properties. Clonlara is a nonprofit that relies on a combination of tuition and fundraising revenue to support our programs, and we are excited to be hosting an online fundraising auction, Thursday, October 20–Sunday, October 23, 2022.
This is a major fundraiser for our school, and all the funds raised will support scholarships for students needing tuition assistance in the 2022–23 school year.
